Orders are only sent / prepared once the financial transaction has been confirmed by means of the bank note, if the payment has been made by bank transfer, please send us the proof of payment to atencionalcliente@amaloa.esas soon as possible to streamline management.
Once the shipment is received by the customer, they will have a period of 72 hours to check the integrity of all the items in their order. After 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damages or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
A shipment is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.
In the case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the transport company.
If you want to make a change in the delivery address, it is essential to notify it as soon as possible to atencionalcliente@amaloa.es.
If the order has already been sent from our establishments, it will not be possible to make any change of address. In this case, if the customer wishes to change his address, he will have a surcharge equivalent to the shipping cost.
