SHIPMENTS

All orders will be prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving them.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Once the shipment is received by the customer, they will have a period of 72 hours to check the integrity of all the items in their order. After 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damages or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.

A shipment is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

In the case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the transport company. In the same way, it is convenient that the client leaves a record of the transport company.

If the order has already been sent from our establishments, it will not be possible to make any change of address. In this case, if the customer wishes to change his address, he will have a surcharge equivalent to the shipping cost.

The delivery time for store pickups is between 2 and 6 business days.

For orders within the Canary Islands, the transport company -Nacex- will make two delivery attempts. If after that they are not able to deliver the shipment, -Nacex- will contact the customer to arrange the delivery. IF, after this third attempt, delivery is not possible either, the customer must pick up their order at the office corresponding to their island.
