Shipping

All orders will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Orders are only dispatched/prepared once the financial transaction has been confirmed by bank transfer. If payment has been made by bank transfer, please send us proof of payment to atencionalcliente@amaloa.es as soon as possible to speed up processing.

Once the shipment has been received by the customer, they will have a period of 72 hours to check the integrity of all the items in their order. After 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damage or faults with the shipment.

A shipment is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

In the case of receiving a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours in order to complain to the transport company.

If you wish to change the delivery address, it is essential to notify atencionalcliente@amaloa.es as soon as possible.

If the order has already been sent from our establishments, it will not be possible to make any change of address. In this case, if the customer wishes to change the address, there will be a surcharge equivalent to the shipping cost.
