All orders will be prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving them.

For orders within the Canary Islands, the transport company Nacex will make two delivery attempts. If after that they are not able to deliver the shipment, Nacex will contact the customer to arrange delivery. If after this third attempt delivery is not possible, the customer must pick up his order at the office corresponding to his island.
