Exchanges and Returns
General Terms and Conditions
The maximum period for exchanges on purchases made at www.amaloa.es is 15 calendar days from the date of order receipt. Exchanges for purchases made in our online store can be processed at our physical points of sale. To do so, it will be necessary to present your purchase receipt or order confirmation at any of our physical retail locations.
Exchanges for orders placed through the website, provided they are not due to an incident, defect, or error attributable to AmaloA, will incur an additional cost to be borne by the customer, corresponding to shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling costs:
- Canary Islands: €12.16
- Mainland Spain: €15.88
- Europe and outside Europe: to be quoted according to shipping address.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, we do not accept exchanges of items such as earrings, piercings, or septum rings. Personalized products are not eligible for exchange except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage. AmaloA does not accept refunds.
To help us facilitate the exchange process, you may be asked to upload clear images of the damage, defect, or fault so we can evaluate it. Following a personal assessment, we may request that you provide additional information to process the exchange.
FAQs
- Yes, to do so you must visit any of our points of sale within 15 days of receiving your order, presenting your receipt or purchase confirmation. The exchange will always be for an item of equal or higher value.
- If you are unable to visit one of our physical points of sale, please contact us through our contact form. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to provide you with the best solution.
AmaloA does not accept returns of its products. Instead, you can make an exchange as long as the general terms and conditions are met.
