General contracting conditions

These GENERAL CONDITIONS regulate the products and services offered at the URL www.amaloa.es owned by BIGMAYOR S.L (hereinafter "AmaloA"), with CIF B76816438, owner of the domain amaloa.es and domiciled at CALLE LAURA GROTE DE LA PUERTA, 3, 2ª FLOOR, 38111 SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE.

Users who make purchases at www.amaloa.es fully accept these General Contracting Conditions and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting / purchase.

The reading and acceptance of the CGC will be an essential requirement, prior to the purchase of any product through www.amaloa.es

AmaloA reserves the right to modify the CGC at any time and without prior notice. The GTCs will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made within a maximum period of 48 hours through the parcel service company that AmaloA deems appropriate at that precise moment. AmaloA is not responsible for possible delays in the arrival of the shipment due to situations beyond AmaloA's control. Whenever possible, AmaloA will send the shipping tracking code by email. The system automatically displays the different shipping methods available to your destination.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders are only sent / prepared once the financial transaction has been confirmed through the bank note, if the payment has been made by bank transfer, please send us the proof of payment to atencionalcliente@amaloa.es as soon as possible possible to streamline management.

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, in case of not having a specific product, our sales department will contact you to inform you of the approximate delivery time. Likewise, for orders that include several products, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.

The client will have 72 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that he owes is included in the products included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.

A shipment is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

RETURNS

Once verified that the return is possible, we will ask you to send us the product (never send before confirmation), once we receive the product, we will refund the money according to the payment method you have used:

If you paid by card, we will make the payment in your account within 48 to 72 hours.

If the payment was made by transfer, we will ask you for an account number to make the payment. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 business hours until it is reflected in your bank account.

General return conditions

You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 30 days from when you notify us of your desire to exercise the right. The transport costs originated by the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates. Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including the delivery cost with the exception of the additional expenses resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the less expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we can withhold the refund. Return of products with gift or promotion. A complete return (full pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. Guarantee
